As an HR Tech Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions. Leading product strategy and roadmap development for HR tech solutions.
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifikationen:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and a passion for HR technology. The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in product management, preferably in HR tech or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
