Specialist General Ledger for Italy (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Journal Entries and recurring postings.
- Manage monthly closing process (e.g., accounts clearing, intercompany reconciliation, switch accounts reclassifications and reconciliation).
- Preparation and posting of accruals and provisions.
- Complete period end closing activities for fixed assets (e.g., Sub-ledger reconciliation, depreciation, settlements); responsible for correctness and completeness of Fixed Asset Master Data and Asset under Construction.
- Create ad hoc and recurring reports, incl. statistic reports and monthly/annual reporting packages.
- Manage bank statement reconciliation.
- Perform intercompany netting and improve process documentation.
Qualifikationen:
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification.
- A few years of experience in accounting, specifically general ledger and fixed assets incl. VAT regulations as well as accruals and provisions accounting in an international environment.
- Working experience with SAP FI.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
- Experiences in accounting projects.
- Language skills: fluent in English and Italian.
