Aufgaben:
- You will lead the team of business line controller and report directly to the CFO of Heraeus Covantics.
- Additionally, you are Finance Business Partner and part of the global management team of the Business Line Base Material.
- In the role of «Global Head of Business Controlling», you will be responsible for global sales controlling across all five business lines, as well as the global business line P&Ls, across all locations in Europe, USA and Asia.
- You drive the global budget planning, forecasts, consolidation and analysis of current performance.
- The focus is on growth and profitability, evaluation and explanation of deviations and trends, creating insights as well as developing recommendations for action and countermeasures.
- You will also be responsible for the financial evaluation of strategic options and major investment projects.
- At the same time, you will actively drive ensuring data quality and optimization of international controlling processes.
Qualifikationen:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance and controlling
- Several years of professional and management experience in business controlling in the global manufacturer industry
- Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications, BI/AO and HANA applications, as well as good knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Business English
- Strong analytical thinking, a self-starter and high achiever
- Strong communication - and stake-holder management skills
