Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of objectives in sales growth, profitability and service concepts with accounts in the designated regions
- Establish, develop and manage 1st class sustainable commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customers
- Assume account management responsibilities for agreed customers
- Support the European Business Development Director UV Flexo with preparation of local sales budgets and targets
- Develop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growth
- Capture all customer data, activities and contact opportunity trackers and tools
- Manage product and service needs of customers and keep abreast of technical performance of products supplied
- Reviewing, capturing and updating upon customer forecasting and demand
Qualifications
- Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo
- Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management
- Proven track record for succeeding with new business growth and customer
- Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools
- IT skills – competence in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- SAP experience ideal, but not necessary
- Full Clean driving licence
