Senior Business Development Manager with Sales and Marketing Experience (m/f/x)
You majorly contribute to the right course for appliedAI, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Asset Teams (Product Development) as well as the Management -guided by the question «Why customers buy». Sometimes on a small scale to maintain the competitiveness of established businesses and business models. Sometimes on a large scale, when new business areas are rolled out or new markets are opened up.
You take over the responsibility for discovering the match between our products/services and the market, in dialogue with potential and existing customers.
And following up on this, you translate your results into a scalable customer centric marketing and sales effort.
You develop strategies that strengthen trust with buyers and guide them through the buyer journey with education and qualification measures (we have an inbound marketing focus).
You help us to set up and run a data driven operating model that can ensure predictable growth and revenue generation. On a daily basis, you contribute by regularly curating and updating our CRM system hubspot.
University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing & Sales or a related field
Min. 5+ years of previous experience in customer centric BD, Sales and Marketing management role (technical B2B environment would a plus)
Experience in working in an agile team environment
Strong analytical skills in business development, sales and marketing: you recognize business-related trends and their interpretation, especially understanding B2B buying patterns and trends
Strong interest in the AI Market and its development
Exceptional communication skills: You are an open, curious person and team player but you do not shy away from factual discussions, starting with the why and then maximizing impact
Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment, where your work directly impacts company results
Experience in the usage of Hubspot and related Business Development tools
Fluency in German and English language
