Risk Manager - CEO Strategy & Business Management (m/f/x)
Aufgaben:
Creating and validating regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and committees
Designing, implementing and enhancing risk management processes in an international IT environment
Coordinating and steering the risk manager community in order to jointly raise the maturity level of risk management within the ALDI SOUTH Group
Promoting a proactive and open risk culture through training and guidance
Continuously identifying and assessing risks in collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
Developing concepts and strategies as well as ensuring their proper implementation to mitigate new risks
Qualifikationen:
Degree in information technology, computer science, economics or a related field
Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles within an internal or external management consulting service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including discretion and a high level of confidentiality
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured work approach
Experience in management consulting
A proactive, thorough, and independent work ethic, with the ability to function well as part of an international team
Fluency in English is mandatory
Proven experience in (IT) project management
Good command of German
