Head of Admissions (m/f/d)
Lead, motivate and develop the Admissions Team, and maintain a good working relationship with other departments
Maintain the accuracy of the admission policies with your effective knowledge of internal, national and international regulations
Take responsibility for processing all prospective applications and for advising and assisting prospective applicants and students through all available communication channels and in the best possible delays
Plan capacities and assignments, ensuring that all workflow steps and correspondences are fulfilled within the stipulated time frame
Plan and monitor KPIs and other strategic plans, generate reports and develop optimizations for future intakes
Organise and represent the university at various events, fairs, conferences and workshops contributing to students' recruitment or the development of the university's brand
Liaise with colleagues from other departments, ensuring a student centred recruiting and admission procedure
Act as a primary Commonapp correspondent on all matters relating to the Commonapp admissions service
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the CRM and application management system (Sales Force)
University degree
A professional background in Higher Education and experience in admissions within higher education, ideally at a Senior level
In-depth knowledge and experience in higher education admissions and enrollment management strategies
Good IT-Skills (MS-Office package, application management systems and CRM, ideally Sales Force)
Experience with international transcript evaluation
Understanding and awareness of diverse approaches to financial-aid leveraging
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
Excellent supervisory and management skills
A demonstrated commitment to the ideas of a broad, international and diverse university
