Country Manager DACH (m/w/d) - B2B SaaS Solutions
Aufgaben:
Develop go-to-market strategies
Lead the sales organization
Manage consulting and support teams
Build long-term customer relationships to increase NRR
Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Marketing Strategy: Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry
Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
Willingness to travel as needed
