Compliance Manager Allegation Management (m/w/d)

You steer and supervise BSH's allegation management system by further developing the relevant compliance regulations and processes You operate the electronic whistleblower system and ensure the functioning of its daily routine You act as coordinator between the different business units to ensure an optimal group-wide implementation of the allegation management system You advise and train relevant stakeholders on allegation and case processing as well as whistleblower protection You support the regular compliance reporting to BSH's board of management and supervisory board, including further development of reporting processes
